When you contact a Navigator
If you complete the Navigator form, call, or text a Navigator, you may choose to share information such as your name, contact information, what kind of support you’re looking for, and anything else you believe would help us connect you with the right resource.
Please share only what you’re comfortable sharing.
Who sees your information
Information you provide is available only to people involved in helping respond to your request or connect you with appropriate resources. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
When possible, information used to understand community needs or evaluate the Y’all OK? campaign will be combined or de-identified so that individual people are not identified.
How your information is used
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your request;
- help connect you with appropriate local resources or services; and
- improve our understanding of what kinds of support people in our community need.
Y’all OK? is a community wellbeing initiative, not a medical or emergency service. Connecting with a Navigator does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other clinical relationship.
How long we keep information
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide follow-up when appropriate, meet program or funding requirements, and evaluate the campaign.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we have about you or request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to any information we are legally or contractually required to retain. Please email info@yallOK.org for more information.
