Thinking about suicide or worried about someone who is?

Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Need help finding support, but it isn’t an emergency?

Connect with a Kerr County Mental Health Navigator.

What to expect when you call a Navigator

You’ll talk with a Navigator who will ask what’s been going on and what kind of help you’re looking for. There is no script to get through and no form to fill out first.

If no one answers, leave your name and a number where you can be reached so they can call you back.

Who answers

Kasey and Charlie are the Kerr County Mental Health Navigators. They know the local counselors, grief groups, faith leaders, and programs, and they can help you work out which one fits what you are dealing with.

You do not have to know what you need

You do not need a diagnosis, the right words, or a good enough reason.

If the Navigator is not the right fit, they will help you find who is. And if you would rather write than talk, you can fill out a short form instead.

“Things aren’t right and I don’t know why” is enough to start with.
